Good Update, But may be too Late
Seriously, I just feel like they made this update waaay to late in the game. Many people have already had to suffer through the same very few missions for too long. And now they introduced this update which helps people out a lot, except for the hundreds of people which i have already mentioned.
I fell like i am running a 200 mile marathon on a one mile track, and now after running 199 miles, everybody has been given a race car; Including those who have only just begun the race.....
To sum up how I fell, I would just like to say that I fell cheated out of two wasted months.... now knowing that if I didn't preorder the game plus play through all of the beta events as the dedicated guild wars fan I am, I would have been much happier if I was to have bought this game today knowing that I would only have to grind for about a week and a half tops to get the same result!
Don't think too much into this thread, but im sure you guys know what im talking about.

Well, in the end, you have to buck it up and enjoy playing because you enjoy playing, not because you're better than everyone else. There's a reason you got as far as you did. And really, the only people who are going to 'shoot up' to your level, are people who play the game just as hard as you do, but you know what? You'll move up just as fast. In the end, there will probably be updates, weeks from now, making something else a little easier, and those people who've just started will be saying the same thing you are now.
It's just how the game works, you have to play for the here and now and not sit around wishing and hoping you could apply new patches to the past. If you fall into this attitude "Wah. Why do they have it so easy, I had it so hard." You'll find yourself consistently unhappy because things will continue to change and the experience will be different for new players than it was for you. You have to play for the here and now, and not look at how things could've/should've been.

While I can understand your problem, the exact opposite has happened with farming for runes and gold. Those who started in early are rich, and those of us who joined the rush too late are languishing in relative squalor.
